Left a message at 5:10, called me back at 5:20 and stopped by my place around 5:45 to scope out the job as we live in the same neighborhood. He figured out what needed to be done (new opener for one of the doors) and came back 2 days later to install. He and his guys did a great job as they had to do a handful of adjustments to get the door to close properly. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I'll use them for all of my appliance needs.
